This department has been deputed to look

after the main raw materials and sourcing of inputs such as:-Fabrics, Accessories, Trims either imports or Local.

with a total of 90 high performance machines including overlock, flatlock, single needle and other fancy sewing like picot ting, zigzag, button attaching etc. The total production capacity is around 25000 to 30000 pieces per month based on fashion styles.

Qualified team of personnel inspect at each and every stage of production process. Our laboratory is well-equipped to check all norms of quality inspection aspects to ensure perfect and preferred standard of the customers. The company possesses all back-up facilities by backward integration and hence delivery schedules are met within 60 - 90 days from the date of receipt of all clearances for production.

Shipping methods are considered as an

archaic by most industry members. All orders are hand-picked. If a store orders certain styles in different colors and in progressive sizes, it will be hand-selected and consolidated for one shipment. Vendors will normally ship by parcel post, freight and air freight.

Carriers will provide specific packing instructions and suggestions for economic use of their services. In case of local pick-up, delivery of materials and finished garments; shipping systemis arranged for proper and efficient filling of orders & meet delivery dates.
