KNITTING

Our knitting division is equipped with Mayer & Cie (Germany) and Pailung (Thaiwan) machines that enable us to produce 8000 Kg of knitted fabric in a day. Open Width lycra fabric and GOTS certified organic cotton knitting is our prime strength along with other type of regular fabrics production like Interlock, Rib, Mini Jacquard, Rib Jacquard, Fleece, Pique, etc.

SOFTFLOW DYEING

Soft flow machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing of knitted cloth. Eco-Friendly Dyes and GOTS approved chemicals are used. A balloon– padding machine is used to extract water. To make the process quicker, a relax drier is also available. Macbeth system is used for color matching. The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit for ensuring cleaner environment.

COMPACTING

Consists of Tube-tex, USA Tubular and Ferraro, Italy Compacting Machines. Also Tong Geng Chamber Heat Setting Machines for Lycra and Polyester Fabrics which can handle fabrics up to a width of 48 inches. The capacity of the Compacting is 12 tons of fabric per day.

PRINTING

The print house has two divisions, chest printing and table printing, the total capacity for table printing is 50,000 Kgs/month. The types of printing done here are pigment, reactive and discharge. The chest printing division is equipped with 12 head and 8 head printing machine this machines can print 12 colours and 8 colours simultaneously. We also have Automatic 9 colors MHM machines, specialized for Pigment, Non PVC, Plastisol, Discharge, Flock, Gilter, Sticker prints etc.., which has a capacity to produce 5.000 impressions/day.

EMBROIDERY

The embroidery units are equipped with Tajima & Barudan embroidery machines imported from Japan. 3 machines have 62 heads and are totally computer controlled. The machine Tajima 620 is capable of producing designs upto 3,00,000 stitches and size 20cm x 45cm can be embroidered. The machines Tajima 920 and Tajima 922 has capable of producing design upto 5,00,000 stitches and size 33cm x 65cm can be embroidered.

CUTTING

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the Fashion Fits. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines We have Manually Operated Power Knives, Straight knife fabric cutting machine, Servo assisted straight knife cutting machine, Round knife cutting machine, Band knife cutting machine, Fabric die cutting machine.

STITCHING

We have modernized units having volume of 100 nos. imported sewing machines with all essential accessories with skilled workers which can produce any type of garments to the international standard. All two units is built with social good intension for the labours good health and fresh mind to under good atmosphere which enables to produce fine garment according to BSCI standard.

CHECKING

Shade variation, garments shape, sleeve to sleeve uneven, collar shape, neck shape and measurement will be checked. Trimming alone will be done.

IRONING

We always press the garments on stream iron on Vaccum tabels to ensure clean look, because first appearance is the best and we always think from the consumer part of view.

PACKING

Packing done in good export worthy carton packs to ensure clean and healthy reach till its destination packing, randomly Barcode, Tag, Label will be checked for buyers specification and moved for Carton box Packing.
